1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all jewelry boxes, certificates, and tags.
  • The item must be free from damage, scratches, or any signs of wear caused by the customer.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or Clearance are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support at info@sissicosmeticnie.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  • Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address.

3. REFUND POLICY
